Yes. The machine has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in quality and workmanship.
The air filter life has some variables. There is no exact lifespan for the part. It is up to the user when to change the filter. The machine does have an icon that illuminates every 100 cleanings in order to notify the user to check the air filter. If there is one user using the machine once a day, the filter may last up to a year.
The smoke filter life has some variables such as charcoal type. There is no exact lifespan for the part. It is up to the user when to change the filter. The machine does have an icon that illuminates every 15 hours of charcoal ignition in order to notify the user to check the smoke filter. The smoke filter can be cleaned using water and only needs to be changed when it begins to deteriorate or corrode.
The Shishavac can ignite any kind of charcoal intended to use with shisha.
It depends on the type of charcoal and amount. The electric coil in Shishavac heats to 800 degree Celsius and is capable of running for about 12-15 minutes. A full basket of natural coal can ignite in less than ten minutes. The good thing about Shishavac is that it ignites the coal without contaminating it with gas like a gas stove does, so it is cleaner.
The cleaning blower has an automatic shut-off after about 7 seconds and most loose particles can be removed in this time. You can repeat as necessary, but a hose usually will not need more than two 7 second cycles.
About 5-10 seconds depending on preparation of the shisha pipe.
The Shishavac has universal ports and can be used with any kind of shisha hose.
1 – air filter and 1 – smoke filter.
The Shishavac is built in two separate voltages: 120V and 240V – Both versions operate on 50-60 Hz frequencies.
The plug type will depend on voltage. The Shishavac 240V version uses BS and CE type plugs and the 120V uses the standard NEMA type.
No. Customer is required any taxes levied on the product once it enters the destination country.
